The College offers Certificate III in Customer Contact. The program includes core modules on using IT Technology, Safety in a Call Centre Environment, Customer Service and either inbound or outbound calls. Call Centre and Business Management Qualifications
It is possible to enrol in an approved Traineeship Program that results in that award of two qualifications: CIV in Business Management and CIV in Customer Contact. Contact the College for more details.

Diploma in Customer Contact Leadership
The College offers the Diploma qualification in Customer Contact Leadership for experienced Call Centre Team Leaders and Managers who have CIV or equivalent experience. Contact the College to discuss this course.
