RICHARD EASTWOOD
Executive General Manager – Smarter Communities
Richard joined Victoria Body Corporate Services (VBCS) in 2001 as a Portfolio Manager after a range of diverse roles within the Banking industry spanning 22 years. As Project Manager with the Bank of New South Wales, Richard was responsible for centralising operations within the retail branch network across the east coast of Australia.
Richard quickly progressed at VBCS and has held numerous senior management roles including General Manager of Strata Operations, to General Manager – Southern Communities. In his current role as EGM – Smarter Communities (parent company of ASCM), Richard has overall responsibility for the operations of all brands under the Smarter Communities portfolio.
His vision is to ensure service delivery standards are not only met, but exceeded, and to build a strong stable team of high achievers that drive performance to new heights.
Richard is an Accredited Practising Strata Manager (APSM) of Strata Community Australia Victoria (SCA VIC).
ADRIAN ROACH
State Manager
Adrian joined Adelaide Strata & Community Management (ASCM) in February 2009 as Senior Body Corporate Manager and in October 2015 he accepted the position of State Manager.
Prior to joining ASCM, Adrian held various managerial and maintenance positions within the metal trades industry, both locally and overseas, spanning over a 30-year period. He literally has a strong background in heavy metal.
With his previous experience in client services and operations, he quickly adapted to the unique world of strata. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial buildings and actively participates in conflict resolution and tailoring individual solutions for communities.
Adrian has a Certificate IV in Business, Management, Marketing and related services as well as AutoCAD, Toolmaking and trade certificates.
