Rental Disclosure Statement

With the introduction of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2018 (which came into effect 29 March 2021), new disclosure requirements are placed on rental providers. For a fee of $77 including GST, a Rental Disclosure Statement (‘Statement’) can be applied through VBCS by completing the form below. The Statement will be emailed within six (6) business days upon receipt of a completed application and funds.
